Phelps visits Peterson AFB swimmers
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Michael Phelps, 22-time Olympic medalist in swimming, meets with Col. Michael Hough, 21st Space Wing vice commander, Col. Reginald Ash III, 21st Mission Support Group commander, and Lt. Col. Tammy Schlichenmaier, 21st Force Support Squadron commander, during his visit with the im8 swim program participants at the pool March 2, 2015. Phelps came to see the program in action with the swim instructors teaching the im safe module to 14 kids, and taught the kids a few tricks of his own to master their swimming techniques.
