Airman shares story of PTSD

PETERSON AIRFORCE BASE, Colo. – Staff Sgt. Holden Montgomery shows the brim of the cap he used to track the number of rocket attacks he encountered during a 2010 deployment to Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan at his home on base Nov. 14. As a result of his experiences while deployed, ‘Monty’ was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. Now receiving treatment for PTSD, Monty continues to serve his country doing the job he loves. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. J. Aaron Breeden)
