PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Staff Sgt. Joseph Swe, 21st Communications Squadron, drops off a non-compliant refrigerator at the 21st Civil Engineer Squadron environmental office during Operation Chill Out, Nov. 18, 2014.
