Thule Airmen serve community
QAANAAQ VILLAGE, Greenland – Chaplain (Capt.) Michael Johnson, 821st Air Base Group chaplain, delivers educational tablets to the Qaanaaq Community School Aug. 27 near Thule Air Base. The donation was part of Thule’s annual Operation Julemand community service project. Senior Airman Zarah Padilla and Senior Airman Chad Friedrics (pictured in background), are the committee members largely responsible for the fundraising to purchase the tablets. Thule Air Base is one of the six installations operated by the 21st Space Wing. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Shawn Harvey)
