Force management briefing
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Senior Master Sgt. Kristi Wilson, 21st Force Support Squadron, explains various force management programs during an enlisted call Dec. 17 at the base auditorium. Wilson highlighted the voluntary and involuntary programs available for Airmen in overmanned career fields, or who meet specific conditions for each program as the force prepares to shrink by January 2015. In addition to the enlisted call, Col. John Shaw, 21st Space Wing commander, and personnel experts hosted an officer call on Dec. 17, and a civilian call Dec. 18 to explain officer and civilian force management programs.
