THULE AIR BASE, Greenland – Col. John Shaw (left), 21st Space Wing commander, honors Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey Mikell, 821st Support Squadron, Feb. 6 at Thule AB. Mikell was named the Honor Guard NCO of the Year during the 21st Space Wing annual awards dinner held Jan. 28 at Peterson.
