USAFA Band hosts free musical clinics
The U.S. Air Force Academy Band hosts the 2008 Air Force Musicians Association Conference and Reunion Aug. 7-8 in Colorado Springs, Colo. Several events and performances including a vocal clinic 8:30-10:30 a.m. at Antlers Hilton and a wind clinic 10:35-11:15 a.m. at Pikes Peak Center Aug. 7. On Aug. 8, a percussion clinic 2:30-4 p.m. and a "Summertime Favorites" show 7-9 p.m. at Pikes Peak Center, featuring the AFMA and the USAFA Band together.
