POW/MIA Week Retreat
Col. Jay Raymond, 21st Space Wing commander, carries the POW/MIA Flag at the start of the 24-Hour memorial run Sept. 18 following the retreat ceremony at the Peterson Air Force Base Museum in Colorado. The event was used as a forum to inform personnel about POW/MIA Remembrance Week on the base, which ran Sept. 15-19.
