MDG ribbon cutting
On September 16, 2008 at 9 a.m. the 21st Medical Group conducted a ribbon cutting Ceremony to celebrate the opening of the Peterson AFB Clinic’s new parking lot and renovated front entrance. The new front entrance and parking lot represent the completion of the sixth phase in a 12-phase, $10 million renovation project for Bldg 959. The project began in November 2007 and is projected to be complete around April 2009. Each phase of this project allows the 21st MDG to improve upon its services for all beneficiaries. The new front entrance and new parking lot brings the 21st MDG closer to meeting the requirements necessary for today's standard of care as well as making the building safer for patients and staff members alike.
