Wingman Day 2008
Ms. Jeanine Arnold, Peterson's Sexual Awareness Response Coordinator and Ms. Kathy Nelson of the 21st SW Staff Judge Advocate Office pass out team leader t-shirts prior to the Amazing Wingman Race. The day was full of briefings, education, and field games to remind Peterson Airman how to be a good wingman. The Air Force established the Wingman program to encourage Airmen and their families to look out for each other and to intervene when signs of stress are observed. It's a promise, a pledge, a commitment between Airmen to cover each other when an airman may be in need of assistance. (Air Force photo/Rob Bussard)
