An Actus-Lend Lease contractor scraps together old concrete and asphalt from the remnants of Mitchell Street in the new base housing construction site at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. Mitchell Street, east of Westover Street, closed May 5 due to new housing construction. The road closure is permanent. Members seeking access to this portion of base will be re-routed through Selfridge and Otis Streets. Stay with www.peterson.af.mil for the latest in base housing and construction news.
