Pete Porcelli, Falcon Services operator, assists in cleaning the former site of building 880, at the corner of Ent Avenue and Suffolk Street, by hauling dirt off the location with a front end loader April 6. The building, along with dorm 1166, is one of two demolished at Peterson Air Force Base in 2009 toward the Air Force goal of reducing 20 percent of real property square footage and 20 percent of maintenance costs by the year 2020. The goal is part of the 2008 USAF Civil Engineer Strategic Plan. Temporary housing is scheduled to be constructed at the former site of building 880.(Air Force photo by Thea Skinner)
