Chaplain (Capt.) Ronald Feeser (center), 21st Space Wing chapel, is lowered to the ground by Airman 1st Class Ryan Higgins (left), 721st Security Force Squadron, and Staff Sgt. Chaplain Feeser volunteered to assist the 721st SFS by playing the role of a suspect.
