PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Linda Cook, 21st Comptroller Squadron budget analyst, obligates funds as part of the end of year buying Sept. 30. The comptroller squadron is responsible for executing purchase requirements from its initialization until funds are obligated in the Defense Finance and Accounting System. Airmen and civilians worked into the night - some until 3 a.m. Oct. 1 - to capitalize on end of year funding for the wing.
