Combined Federal Campaign Mini-Triathlon
CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN AIR FORCE STATION, Colo. – Staff Sgt. Cedric Smith, Tech. Sgt Thomas Ryan and Master Sgt. William Seguin take off in the 2.5 mile running portion in the inaugural Combined Federal Campaign Mini-Triathlon Oct. 7 at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station. The event, which included lunch, was an opportunity to spread awareness about the federal workplace giving campaign. The 21st Space Wing’s goal this year is to reach a 25 percent participation rate. The wing is focused on participation in hopes of sparking a culture of giving. Last year, 21st SW Airmen gave $248,000 to support local, state and national charities. This year, there is an online site to make giving quick and easy. Go to, www.cfcnexus.org/_peakcfc. (U.S. Air Force photo/Nathan Ryder)
