Thunderbirds fly Broncos coach Fox
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- John Fox (right), Denver Broncos head football coach, is fitted for a G-suit by Tech. Sgt. Amber Alumpe, Thunderbirds crew, May 21 at Peterson AFB. The U.S Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron was at Peterson May 21-24 for the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation and selected Fox for an orientation flight. Fox received briefings and a flight physical, but the two-seat F-16 aircraft had mechanical difficulties and he was not able to fly. The Thunderbirds, however, offered to give him a flight at a later date. (U.S. Air Force photo/Robb Lingley)
