PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The 21st Comptroller Squadron is excited to announce the launch of the Air Force Comptroller Services Portal at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado on Friday, May 8, 2020.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that face-to-face interactions are on hold and teleworking has become more prevalent throughout the 21st Space Wing and the enterprise. Just because physical distancing prevents us from seeing you at our office doesn’t mean we aren’t here to assist. In fact, we’ve coordinated with the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller’s office to expedite the CSP rollout for Peterson AFB to better service our number one priority — our customers. CSP replaces our customer service organizational email box, enhances our virtual interaction and enables you the ability to submit inquiries related to military pay, civilian pay and travel pay, through a simple online process. This platform allows you to submit, review and track requests anytime, anywhere. Email notifications alert you each time changes are made and provide technicians within our organization better insight regarding status and continuity of care for your respective request.
The site is secure and fully protects Personally Identifiable Information and does not require virtual private network access, however it does require a CAC reader when utilizing a personal computer. You will be prompted to review your user profile and make any necessary updates (2-3 minute process) before submitting your initial request. Future updates to the application will allow us to complete mass uploads for user profiles. As the CSP continues to grow, you will also have access to regulations, announcements, knowledge articles, calendars and other useful resources to assist you in all things financial management related.
