HISTORY
Air Force Space Command (presently U.S. Space Force) activated the 50th Contracting Squadron as a component of the 50th Logistics Group Aug. 14, 1995. In a wing reorganization, the command reassigned the squadron to the 50th Support (later Mission Support) Group, effective Dec. 1, 1997.
